    I booked this hotel as a stop-gab between my check-out and an airbnb and a late flight out of Sarajevo and was thrilled to find a clean and inviting hotel in the heart of old town Sarajevo. The staff were all warm, inviting and incredibly helpful (not knowing I had spent time here as well as that I booked to cover the time between check-out and departure). The room was immaculate and the hotel is very well maintained. Everyone I encountered were friendly and warm. I would book here again for a stay to be closer to old town.

    The hotel cleanses and location are good. Staff are friendly and helpful but I was put into a small room behind the reception area. It was just too noisy with people talking all evening, all night. When group check in came in, it was terrible.

    Hotel price in summer is expensive in general, and I find this one is reasonably priced and looks clean. Staff are super helpful, on day one they tried their best to offer me a room for early check in as they aware I took an overnight bus here and want a rest <3 The room is clean and tidy, small but thats all I need and given the price is good. Location is very nice, just 10 mins walk to the old town and there are tram near by. On the last day staff help me call a taxi to the airport and communicate with the driver about the location and price incase I have trouble. <3
