    ف البداية اشكر ادارة الفندق وفي البداية السيد مارك وعائلته الذين كانو جدا مرحبين لنا من اول ليلة الى وقت رحيلنا كانو مستعدين لتقديم اي خدمة تطلبها منهم الفندق موقعه جميل مطل على البحيره وفيها مسار للبحيرة يمكنك تمشي فيه كان جميل ويوجد محلات قريبه من الفندق الفندق يشمل افطار ممتاز يحتوي على عدة اصناف من المخبوزات و الفواكه و المشروبات كان متكامل بنسبة للغرفة كانت نظيفة نوعًا ماء كانت صغيره ولكن تكفي ومريحه يوجد تكيف ف الغرفة ولكن الجو كان جميل شهر مايو First of all, I would like to thank the hotel management, especially Mr. Mark and his family, who welcomed us warmly from our first night until we checked out, and were always ready to provide any service we requested. The hotel is beautifully located overlooking the lake, with a walking path that leads directly to it. The surroundings are lovely, and there are shops nearby. The stay includes an excellent breakfast with a variety of baked goods, fruits, and drinks. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and its size was sufficient though a bit small. While there is air conditioning in the room, the weather was already beautiful in May.

    The location offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Brienzersee that feels just like a postcard. A staff member at the check-in, I believe her name was Skylie or something similar, was incredibly helpful, providing a detailed orientation and essential transport schedules that made our trips so much easier. The hotel is conveniently located only 5–10 minutes from Interlaken Ost by bus or train. Our mountain-side room was peaceful and lovely, and we enjoyed visiting the restaurant to soak in the lake views. Breakfast was great, and we were especially happy to find MAMA Thai Tomyum Noodles available there!
