Lifestyle & Spa Hotel Grächerhof

We stayed at the Grächerhof for five nights as a family of four and booked two rooms. We had a really great stay and would definitely come back. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived and always made us feel welcome. Everyone was happy to help and you could tell they really cared about their guests. Both rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was fresh every morning with a good selection of bread, pastries, fruit, cereals, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, and eggs. It was a great way to start the day and there was something for everyone in our family. The wellness area was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. After spending the day hiking, it was so nice to relax in the spa. Everything was clean, quiet, and very well looked after. The location is also excellent. The hotel is right in the middle of Grächen, so everything is within easy walking distance, including the cable cars, restaurants, and shops. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of the clean rooms, great breakfast, relaxing wellness area, and genuinely warm hospitality made this an easy 10 out of 10 for us. We would happily recommend the Grächerhof to anyone visiting Grächen.

From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience.

Clean and well furbished

The staff was nice, however not properly trained and rather incompetent. We had to wait a very long time for a daily menu dinner. We had one of the premium rooms, however it was situated above the restaurant terrace and onto the street so it was noisy in the evening (loud music) and again early morning due to hotel deliveries.
