We really enjoyed the convenient location, the Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel, and the friendly, helpful front desk staff. A few areas could be improved: our towels weren’t changed and the tissue box wasn’t refilled, and having a kettle or water in the room would be more convenient since we had to go to another floor for drinks. The paper cups were also quite small.
