The property is beautiful and very relaxing. Facilities are modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
There are great bars and restaurants very close- sai ping, the good view, riverside- live music, great food and drink.
The activities do not run as advertised. There was no sound healing classes, we were unable to access the hydrotherapy pool at the times advertised. It was closed for cleaning and another day there was influencers visiting. It was advertised that we could use the hydro pool outside the advertised times for an additional fee, the spa staff did not allow this. The sauna is under construction and so not available. Ultimately we paid a lot of money for a 5 star resort and were very disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay! The team kindly gave me a complimentary upgrade and surprised me with a cake for my birthday. Such thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. Thank you for the warm hospitality—I’d happily stay again!

Got upgraded to a Wellness Suite within a week of getting back. Super! We like everything at this hotel, especially the Thai massage, which is the best in Thailand.
