    We checked in a little earlier than expected, and the staff were very accommodating. At first, the room we booked felt a bit small for three people, so we decided to upgrade to a larger room. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the service from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again! 😊

    137 Pillars House is an elegant and beautifully designed boutique hotel. The room was gorgeous, full of refined details and thoughtful touches. Breakfast wasn’t large in portion, but everything was delicious and beautifully presented. What really made the stay outstanding was the service. About a month before arrival, the team reached out to confirm preferences and special requests, which showed real care. A big thank-you to Tucky, our butler, who was one of the most impressive I’ve ever met - attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Also to Gaow, who greeted us at the airport and often checked in with us during the stay - his warmth made a lasting impression. The breakfast staff were also wonderful, always smiling and perfectly balancing friendliness with professionalism. Overall, it was an exceptional and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and I’d love to return again someday. 137 Pillars House 是一間非常優雅又細緻的精品酒店。房間設計很美，處處都能感受到用心與品味。早餐雖然份量不多，但每一道都很好吃，環境也很放鬆。 工作人員的服務讓整個住宿體驗更上一層樓。大約在入住前一個月，飯店就主動發信確認各項偏好與細節，讓人感受到重視與貼心。特別想感謝管家 Tucky，他是我住過的豪華酒店中最讓人印象深刻的管家之一，細心又真誠。還有機場接機的 Gaow，以及在住宿期間多次親切問候的他，都讓人覺得非常溫暖。早餐餐廳的服務生們也總是笑臉迎人，服務自然不做作。 整體而言，這是一趟非常愉快、令人難忘的住宿體驗，真心推薦，也會想再回來。
