Lovely setting, well-designed and luxurious rooms. Very friendly staff. Generally a very beautiful place with modern facilities. Views from the two infinity pools were stunning.
Mosquitoes. They are everywhere and are definitely not under control. We were bitten numerous times every day and couldn't sit outside by our room as a result. We had 3 or 4 times more bites here than when staying in the jungle near Khao Sok.
Food and drink is very expensive and not value for money.
Its a very long walk into town, and hotel buses are very infrequent and at poor times. You end up using Grab a lot, and each journey is 300BHT.

Staff are absolutely amazing and cater to every need. A stunning resort with everything you could possibly want. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful people. Loved it!

Excellent staff and facilities.
Location is great for the views from a cliff top. But downside is it is far from Chaweng, Bo Phut etc so have to take taxis everywhere.
