The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue.

Almost perfect. Super room. Very friendly staff. Great gourmet food. Complimentary bicycles are not appropriate for a longer tour, should be improved. Rather unfriendly front desk lady at check out... Ask for an hour late check out and got just 30 Min “11:30 as maximum”...

It was overnight trip to Klagenfurt, i choose this hotel second time, and will use it in future. Nice relaxing spas.
