Second time staying at Charm and has always been celebrating my husband’s birthday. This year, we got upgraded by the staff for some reason. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Spa treatment was nice, had an hour massage to relax us. I just like staying at Charm 👍👍

Lovely stay at The Charm hotel. Our seaview room on the top floor was beautiful, really spacious, clean and air conditioned! Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and the bathroom was spotless and had a lovely shower!
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we prefer to go out to local places when we visit a new city. Can heartily recommend A Table round the corner from the hotel for an excellent breakfast!
Hotel staff were friendly, and clearly explained everything. The Hotel is really well located for the beach and pier, and the area of Kemptown is a really lively place just outside of the city centre. Overall a great experience, we'd happily stay again!
