Room was comfortable and bed was nice and firm. Overall, staff were warm and friendly, especially Juana in the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The beach was gorgeous!

Overall, we had a good stay. The landscaping was amazing — you can really see the effort they put into maintaining the grounds, and it made the resort feel beautiful and relaxing. The entertainment staff were also fantastic and did an amazing job keeping guests engaged and having fun. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The rooms could definitely use more renovation and updating. We also had issues with our key cards not working properly, which was frustrating. One of the towel attendants was quite rude, which didn’t leave a good impression. Additionally, it would help if more staff had stronger English communication skills to make interactions easier for guests. Food was okay — not bad, but not particularly memorable either. Overall, a good stay with great outdoor spaces and entertainment, but some service and room improvements would make the experience much better.

WOW — what a stay at this all‑inclusive resort! The room definitely needed some updates, but everything else was truly awesome. The food was great, the people were warm and welcoming, and the beach and pool were absolutely beautiful. Huge shoutout to the staff who made our trip unforgettable: • Nelson, the amazing pool bartender • Alexander, guest services • Juan Carlos and the entire pool team • Israel and Elvis, our wonderful servers They went above and beyond every day. One honest note: I do not recommend the massage services — definitely an area that needs improvement. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be returning for another visit!

The beach was beautiful and the waters were crystal clear and blue. The sand was white and soft. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which helped us to relax. The resort grounds were very safe to walk around in and well maintained. The spa massage was so amazing and I wish you would’ve done that as soon as we arrived. I believe it costed $50 US for 25 minutes, we got a couples massage so it was about $100 together. Well, worth it we really loved visiting the other resorts and checking them out and seeing what they were like.
