We booked for a king size bed, but they put us on double beds. I asked to get a king but they only changed us after 3 nights. If you cannot afford what was reserved, i'd at least expect some upgrade, for these 3 nights. Besides that everything was nice. The hotel is good, food is better than other peers. The aqua park is fun for adults too. Only complain is regarding the beach area: they could have few umbrellas and better chairs
