8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The location of the property is extremely beautiful; we could see the yearly fireworks show over the Caldera from our balcony itself.
The two staff members were like east and west: one was very cooperative, whereas the other, Mr George, was very rude and made us feel like he was doing us a big favour for even small things.
Welcome drink given as White Wine; we wanted to have Red wine, but says not available.
Breakfast is served only after 8.30 whereas our checkout fo 7.30, they have given a packed Sandwich and orange juice 18 hours before our checkout time, which is not acceptable.
During checkout at morning 7.30 nobody was available.

This is an excellent hotel with homey hospitality and fascinating private view at the top of Fira in Santorini.
Our hosts, George and Stelios, were most friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Though they were busy with their work, they would always make time to check how we were doing and provided us with more information to make our stay in Santorini more enjoyable and interesting.
The breakfast was of high quality and very complete with a wide selection.
The hotel is located at the top of the cliff in Fira, which means you don’t have to walk up and down many tiring steps. Dining and Public transportation is also most convenient as it is located a stone-throw from the central and bus station of Fira. The view from the hotel gives you a private view of the cliff and Fira, most beautiful sunset you can see in Santorini without the crowd.
I will highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Santorini.
