Location was very good. Close to shops and transport.
Clean rooms, serviced daily.
The lady at the reception was helpful and lovely.
Also the lady at breakfast was very nice,
Pool was good for a quick dip ! Definitely would stay there again.

Great location for this nice Hotel in the center of Fira. Hotel is a few minutes away from all fine restaurants (those with a nice view on the caldera) and the shopping area. It is also a few minutes away from the city square with most lively food places and from the bus station that allows to reach all parts of Santorin.
Hotel is neat, quiet, well equiped with a nice swimming pool and a very helpful staff.

Overall an okay stay with a good location close to the bus stop. The male receptionist was helpful and quickly sorted out issues like missing slippers and a faulty hair‑dryer.
Breakfast choice was rather limited. You have to walk uphill about 80 metres with luggage. Hotel pick‑up is available, yet the 30‑EUR airport transfer is quite expensive. Reception opens only at 8 a.m., so no assistance before that. The room door lock was difficult to operate, and there was no in‑room safe, though the small kitchen came in handy. Decent on the whole.
