Staff were super friendly, easy to talk to and more than willing to share the best places to get anything and everything - food, trinkets, souvenirs, etc. We were upgraded immediately when the time for us to check-in lapsed and they gave us a very spacious room. While on the subject, the rooms were very cozy, beds were clean, the bathroom was pristine! Area was close to the center (take a left turn) and the restaurants overlooking the caldera (take the right path). A grocery store was also close by so there was no need to panic if you forgot any necessity. All in all, the stay was a pleasant experience, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

The location was amazing. You are right on the caldera and can walk to numerous shops and restaurants with breath-taking views. You can also walk to the local bus terminal and travel throughout the island easily and economically. In addition, the place was just lovely.

Loved this hotel, it’s right near the centre of town. The room was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond.

Great location and lovely staff.
Bathroom was a little cramped with the shower unit.
