Wet floors take time to dryup

I really enjoyed my stay at Anemos Fira Caldera View. The place was beautiful, clean and had a magical view. The location was perfect, very close to everything and right in the heart of Fira. Kleidi and Fotini were super kind and helpful, and the cleaning lady was also very sweet and came every day to do a great job. It was definitely worth the money, and I would probably come back again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment felt a bit humid during the day.

Fantastic location and view.

On arrival the room was not prepared for 4 adults. The 2 sofa beds weren’t made up and no sheets or pillows provided until requested. Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided, no reception in the accommodation and the WiFi didn’t work, the window above the door wouldn’t shut, only 2 coffee pods and 2 mugs were provided for 4 adults and only one double blanket/duvet was provided for 3 beds (I contacted Mr Giannis on 2 occasions however, my messages were viewed with no reply). On arrival, our plunge pool was being filled up using a hose, so we used the other plunge pool only to be told we couldn’t as it was for another apartment. Then when we went to use our plunge pool, there were paint flakes and dirt all throughout the water.
