    The staff is actually great. But the experience is not what you would expect. The rooms are poorly managed. Our TV didn't work, sinks were clogged, bathtub dirty at check in. Had to get new Room key cards at least 3 times a day. if you have an issue the Front Desk gives you a phone number to Call, they can't help you.

    This is the 3rd time I've booked with LSI at the MGM Signature. The rate is excellent compared to booking with MGM directly. Having your own space for an extended stay is great though, and this place fits what I'm looking for really well. I'll definitely stay here again all things considered. Know beforehand that there's no housekeeping provided (not even a towel refresh on a week-long stay). That's OK with me since LSI provides enough towels to get you through the week. The issue to be aware of is that LSI has absolutely terrible housekeeping. Floors are swept and given a perfunctory vacuum between guests, but the tile floors haven't seen a mop in years. Windows aren't cleaned. The balcony is thick with spilled drinks. Dead bugs in the light fixtures. Every door is dirty, dried food and spilled drinks on all surfaces. Maintenance isn't any better with 3 burned out light bulbs, loose doorknobs and toilet seat, broken tiles in kitchen and bathroom, chipped paint everywhere. All sinks were plugged. The faux leather stool in the powder area of the bathroom should have been thrown away 10 years ago. I went to Wal-Mart and picked up rags, extra paper towels, window cleaner, and kitchen/bathroom cleaner. After about 4 hours cleaning floors, washing windows and doors, and doing minor maintenance (tightening toilet seats and doorknobs, emptying dead bugs from light fixtures), I was happy with the condition of the place and had a great stay. Sewage backed up into the shower on the first day but LSI sent a plumber who worked for nearly 2H getting that sorted and things were fine after that. For the right traveller, this place is an exceptional value and I don't mind spending a few hours cleaning during an extended stay.

    Don’t like that the room I reserve thru Agoda was manage by a third party, first day stay was horrible, shower was not draining, did not get To shower the first night, didn’t get it fix until the next day
