Abz MGM Signature Suites

Stayed for BTS Las Vegas day 3 & 4. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly reccomend it for long-term stays The Signature Suites are attached to MGM grand but separately managed. It is the quieter part of the hotel but you can access all the same amenities. And to escape the desert heat you can walk through the building's walkavators instead of outside. The room had some weird sound management issues where the draft from the hallway kind of picked up at the door whenever the train flew by. But it was a minor issue. Bathroom was huge, pullout sofa was old but adequate for a few nights. Very appreciative of the kitchenette which included dishes, various pans and utensils, and an induction stove. The real gem is the terrace which is accompanied by a gold reflective shine and a great view of a less busy side of the city. AC worked strong and wifi was reliable.

Theo from the customer service team is highly responsive and was able to address all the questions we had. The building was great but it shows its age. Free Valet parking was excellent if you opt for driving in Vegas.

Great view, Great suite just like a upper scale apartment. I could live here!

I stayed 5 days and strongly disagreed with other people staying here. 1. Stranger opened and tried to enter our room 30m after check-in, the entrance door suddenly opened and one stranger tried to enter our room. The door was locked by the door guard but the guy pushed the door several times. We pushed back the door and finally closed. When I looked through the peephole, there was a 50 years old man with a cap and casual wearing, and the man left after 10 seconds. This unsafe situation was too unacceptable because I stayed with my wife and 2 years old baby, so I asked the hotel staff to change rooms. 2. Dishonest staff made excuses I explained what happened to people working the hotel, and the hotel answered "No problem, other guests just misunderstood their room number". I explained again that the stranger could open our room so it should not be another normal guest, then the hotel answered "A hotel staff entered your room to clean up". I explained again that the stranger was not obviously a hotel staff member with cap and casual wearing, then the hotel sent security to our room. I asked other people working at the hotel, and they explained "Prostitution exists in this hotel and maybe the client misunderstood his room". 3. We could not changed our room 25m later, the hotel explained that the guy was a maintenance mistakenly sent by the property company of the room. I had heard several excuses and did believed the hotel so asked to changed another room, but the hotel refused. I explained many times this situation was too dangerous for family with baby, but the hotel still refused. The stranger showed up after 30m after check-in and we still had 5 days more. 4. The hotel shared unavailable contacts The hotel shared the property company's number for further detail because the room was organized by the company. I called but the number was a restaurant number not related to this case. I asked the hotel why they shared the wrong number, and the hotel shared the another contact. I called but the number was not available. I asked the the hotel for the correct number, but the hotel answered that these numbers were registered in their system and no more numbers they could share to me. I strongly requested for the number to talk with the company, but the hotel guy answered they could not help anything more with angry voice. 5. The hotel manipulated the case I could not agree with the answer by the hotel, so call Agoda for help. Agoda shared a report of this case issued by the hotel, and I was very shockingly surprised that the report said I ordered a maintenance guy and the maintenance guy could not entered our room. This was totally not possible. Now I think the hotel manipulated this case to delete internally. 6. The hotel asked for good reviews Several days after checked-out, the hotel sent "good reviews are very important for us to keep hosting, so this is just one last reminder to leave us a review if you enjoyed your stay". I don't know how dare they could send this message.
