    We loved our stay. The room was fabulous with the best view. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    The hotel is really expensive for what you get. I won’t stay there again. My room had dust over the skirtings and side cabinets. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall the hotel is looking tired in places and certainly not worth the money we paid.

    We had to carry all our belongings from car to reception by ourselves none to help. Had to find out bell people by our own. Reception people was casual and said none of their business. Asked for higher level and fountain facing room while booking but no result. Bell boy carried the staff by cart and uncourteously asked for tips. There was no room slippers. No complimentary water bottles in the room. They have not considered anything those were requested while booking. Really disappointed.
