Million Dollar View of the Strip, Formula One, & Sphere 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Suite

NO CANCELLATION POLICY if you book the Formula 1 week/weekend in November 2025. There will be zero refund, so be aware if you book those weeks. We are close to Allegiant Stadium, and the Sphere is a very short Uber/Lyft ride away, or 15 15-minute walk. You can see the Sphere from the balcony. You should not plan to walk to Allegiant Stadium, as it would be a 50-minute walk.

You can watch the Formula One race from our balcony for FREE. The last two pictures show you the race track right BELOW our balcony. The best view of the race, in my opinion, is because we are not too low and not too high, right in the middle, with an unobstructed view of the race track. Formula One is a huge success, and once in an lifetime experience. By renting the unit, you can save money by not having to buy expensive race tickets to watch the race. You can watch the race from the comfort of your suite.

I travel a lot, and I don't always have access to emails, so please be patient once you send me a booking request. I treat others the way I like to be treated. That is why my unit is in very good shape compared to a lot of the other units at the Signature, which bulk rent theirs. Don't approach me with a lowball offer. When I travel with my wife, we stay in top-notch places like mine, and you get what you pay for.

When shopping around, don't fall for common bait and switch. My unit has a STRIP VIEW (not mountain view), and view of the Sphere, and Formula One race, 925 sq ft, one bedroom, two bathroom Million million-dollar unit...NOT A JUNIOR SUITE, which is a studio unit.

My rates are usually lower than others, but I am very picky about who I rent to. Just so you know, since COVID-19, I have seen a major rate hike in overall rental rates in hotels on the Strip in Vegas. I guess we are all dealing with inflation. I will always give you a better rate than similar suites in Casinos, and the best part is that our building and unit are smoke-free. You don't smell like an ashtray as you walk through the building. I don't know about you, but that is huge for me.

NO SMOKERS, NO PETS, NO CRAZY PARTIES, NO DRUGS. If you are found with drugs or smoking inside the unit OR on the balcony of the unit, you will instantly be kicked out, with ZERO REFUNDS. NO exceptions to this rule.

MGM Signature DOES NOT clean my unit, I use an outside cleaning company that is very reliable and efficient. Please contact me for additional cleaning requests.

I have chosen to keep the same quality products or higher than those offered by the hotel in all of our suites. I use an outside housekeeping company that services our suites exclusively. As owners, we are very focused on providing immaculate suites to our guests. The company I use is excellent and has served my clients above and beyond their duties. The cleaning fees have gone up due to COVID-19, and there has been a shortage of labor in Vegas lately. So I pay more to get the best service possible.
