    Although in the area where here are no better looking hotels this one wasn’t much more to brag about. My cousins live up there so we’ve tried just about all the hotels. I was so upset from the start. First ileven with this service we used to book, which is so hard to get a live person. They were quick to make the payment after staying I had until Thursday to cancel. I booked for 2 nights not knowing if we would need Friday, which I didn’t put knew I didn’t Thursday morning which I trialed to cancel the one night and they had already took my money and there is no one to talk to so I will never use this service again. Got to the hotel we had room 102 and when we walked in the room slept a bit off and the window was opened. So we closed the window since we were leaving our things to go to a family party which we got back very late from. Upon coming back we opened the door to this musty smell and our daughter was so sleepy so we put her to bed and I jumped in the shower. When I got out I went to see if the air was working because the room was also warm and humid feeling. That’s when I noticed the floor was all wet. It was disgusting. Wet floor it smelled weird and no AC. Meanwhile it cost me over $300 for a 2 night stay that we only stayed 1 night for. Definitely would not rate this hotel over 4 stars. If it wasn’t for the check on lady it would of averaged ate less. Plus to get in touch with anyone about the issues there is nobody and the friends desk in the morning could only take note as to our stay with my son and daughter. If they weren’t sleeping when we got back from the party, we would of left. Such a shame because my brother also stayed there and since we stay at the same place and come 2 times a year, we won’t be a repeat customer. The morning people couldn’t even give me someone to contact about the situation.

    Value for money is good, and breakfast is decent. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops and everything. We used it as a stop over for various mining trips for our kids in the area which are like 30 Mins away Crystal grove mining and more.

    Stay here for three days. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast is included, which is great if you are a oatmeal or cereal or waffles kind of person. Coffee was OK but Stuart is right down the road, which is my personal go to.

    5th Microtel in last couple months, the others were excellent. The room was clean, but furnishings a little dated. Our room was booked by our host. There was three in my family we stood at the desk at check in. We went to the room it was a small room with a single queen bed. Went back to the desk and the girls said there was nothing she could do because it was booked by a third party. I have never had a clerk refuse to change a room. The place was not even 1/2 full. I then booked a 2 queen bed room in Agoda, the host said I got a better deal, the clerk said ahe could not match it. I don’t know if my host did anything, he vowed never to book there again. Then in the morning, my wife left the room and a cleaner was there, my wife said he’s still in there. 2 minutes later I hear tapping on the door, I say I’m in here. When I left there was a man and a woman cleaner waiting, the man said, are you done? I barely answered and the brushed by me to the room Rude people. Last 2 microtels were in NY and PA. Here’s a shocker for this place, guess what the said when they saw me in the morning? Good morning! It was 10 AM. Rude people I suggest you find an job without customer contact and be happy people, love your job. The value for money would be good, but we had to get two rooms. The host should be refunded for the gall of sending 3 people to a one bed room on the second floor. I should compensated for the whole ridiculous experience, I should have videoed my family standing there in the lobby with their stuff while I booked the new room on line, while the clerk would not even offer a discount., showed zero concern, no help.
