The location was great, it was 20 minutes away from the family we were visiting so it was close enough but also allowed us some space. Right next door was a Stewart's gas and convenience store! It was minutes away from any kind of food we wanted. Breakfast was actually quite decent and they had an automated pancake maker! Very entertaining! The whole place smelled really good and really clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took time to explain all the amenities of the property. The beds were comfortable and the toilet flushed quietly. We also enjoyed the strategically placed mirrors around the room!
There was a lot of noise that seemed to shake the room a bit, possibly from the outside door slamming shut every time someone went in or out. The shower head was placed at the wrong end of the tub, causing us to have to step into the tub either on the end where the toilet was, or directly into the shower head. The toilet was very close to the tub and it was a trip and fall hazard unless you stepped directly into the spray from the shower. I felt like the lighting could've been better. There was a super bright light attached to the wall between the beds and just a few inches above the bedside table that fed the light directly into our eyes, so we had to turn that off while we watched TV. The rest of the lights were not as bright. The one light above the door, the one over the window, and then some LEDs above and below the TV. There may have been another but I can't recall. No other lights in the ceiling, made it difficult to see at night. There wasn't a lot of counter space in the bathroom. We tend to pack a lot of cosmetics and bathroom stuff and we had to stuff it all under the sink.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It's our go-to spot bc of convenience and how friendly the staff is.
The beds are uncomfortable 😐 and we have had nothing but pleasant interactions with all staff until this morning. The gentleman at the front counter couldn't get off his phone long enough to help with "his job" that he is supposed to be doing. Not once but 2ce he was approached by my wife and he not only couldn't put his phone down but he took his time like we weren't important. Maybe it was how we were dressed, but we just woke up. It's his job to accommodate not when he feels like getting to it. I have patience and don't have a problem with waiting. However, it is extremely disrespecting when you can't get off your phone to answer a question at your place of work.
