    I wanted a hotel within an area frquented by locals in a safe neighbourhood Everything needed was on the door step - cafes, bars, shops & taxis Hotel is smallish, very clean and the room has everything required barr AC Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options Its Colombia so not much English is spoken by the staff but theyll do their best to assist you

    This hotel is nice and the employees are good but the lady supervisor incurred in bad CC practices violating PCI rules for merchant account agreement, not just with me but with another guest who I had to help translate since he didn't speak Spanish and the counter girl didn't speak English. as well anyone in this hotel did. I was billed twice for taxes for the first two nights. Then I was charged double taxes. Then I stayed another night, paid $X amount and my credit card now shows a bigger amount. Not ethical behavior by the billing people, beware of fraudulent practices by the billing department people.
