Incredibly noisy both inside and outside - my room was next to a very busy main road. There was a weird smell in the room. There was an unplugged refridgerator just sitting in the corner of the room. The shower takes about 10 minutes to heat up. There is annoying music playing in the elevator every time you use it. The pillows were old and the bed uncomfortable. Pretty disappointed for what I paid.

I stayed at the Black a year ago and was quite happy with the stay. The rooms were basic but clean and I loved the panoramic rooftop breakfast area and the breakfast itself and the options. No after my second stay days ago, things have changed a little bit. The rooms are the same but the prices are not the same and now the breakfast only consists of Continental one, two choices of bread and coffee and chocolate. If you want more like eggs, all is extra but was inclusive last time I stayed. The staff is always very friendly and the location is great and within walking distance of shops, cafés and restaurants.
