Absolutely best vacation spot. We went for a week with 4 adults 3 kids and stayed at the Reef 2 bedroom suite. Everything was impeccable! Pool is connected to the beach with lots of chairs. The shuttle saved us so much walking and runs consistently.
Cant wait to go back already!

The Reef is the hotel on the Atlantis property that you should consider if you are traveling with family. The one-bedroom suite is very large with a king-sized bed in one room and a pull-out queen sleeper in the other. They also include a full-sized blow-up mattress that is comfortable. The suite has a kitchenette with pots, pans, dishes, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker that is supplied daily with several k-cups. The beach and pool are easily accessible. The water park is a short walk as are the lagoons. There isn't a bar or restaurant at the Reef. Family friendly dining is on the opposite side of the property at The Coral, Marina Village, and The Royal. There are shuttle buses that run very frequently (every 5 to 10 minutes). We visited in mid-August, and we were told it is one of the slower times of the year - Go Then! The crowds were large but not overly so. We did not do any of the add-on excursions. There was plenty for the kids to do with the pools, beach, water park, arcade, and exhibits. The Atlantis is not cheap! Be prepared to add an additional 10% VAT and 15% gratuity on everything you buy. That said, the trip was well worth the money. Wife and I took the entire family, 3 adult kids and spouses, and 5 grandchildren, ages 10 months to 13 years old. There was something for everyone,
