The pool was very nice and clean. It doesn't get then the location for the beach. The beach was gorgeous.
Kitchen utensils were very dirty. We also found a toys and some chips in the sofa cushions. Nobody watching the pool to control the rowdy crowd.

The VIEWS from the patio are spectacular. You are able to see dolphins from the patio. The location to the beach, Jones Pass Village & boardwalk are worth the price. The size of the unit is comfortable for 4 ppl, the decor/furniture is as pictured. The bedroom closet is huge and will store all your luggage and then some.
The mattress are not high quality, the sofa bed is super uncomfortable, cheap linens, not enough towels. Beach towels are not provided. I had to purchase potholders & Tupperware. Kitchen is missing a cutting board.
