Sandy Shores #501 - This one bedroom condo is a Top Floor unit with one bath and an extra large open floor plan. Accommodates up to 4 persons. This great Sandy Shores unit offers updated kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and an updated bath. Sleeping included two queen beds in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area. Large flat screen in living area with ample seating. Bedroom also has a television. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
Enjoy free WiFi. TPlease note this condo doesn't have a phone. Sorry NO PETS. Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
As a SunHost guest at Sandy Shores, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

No complaints whatsoever! View was perfect, unit was clean, very comfortable recliner, responsive management.....nothing bad to say at all. Wish i could live there!

Just stayed in this unit for the 3rd time..the furniture is in desperate need of an update.. the beds are really uncomfortable.. the pull out couch has a spring sticking out and the unit does not supply bedding for the couch..the refrigerator light bulb was out.. no biggie.. BUT the AC went out twice! First time it was fixed in the afternoon.. we went out for dinner and it was out again when we came back.. they do not have 24 hour maintenance and their only suggestion was finding us a different unit.. we declined as we were checking out next day so we suffered through the night with the help of our own fans..the unit is basic.. dingy at best.. lots of rust on anything metal but you cannot beat the location and the views.. there is only one elevator which is HOT and SLOW.. there are two rusty luggage carts and a couple of grocery carts to help you lug your stuff up.. it is not glamorous but as I said you can’t beat the location.. just think people need to know what to expect!
