Originally built in the late 1800's, our building has strong bones and an abundance of character. Featuring custom ceiling panels in every room, vibrant colors and originally artwork adorn this cozy 4 bedroom escape in Music City. Every bedroom features authentic pieces from world cultures. We have spared no expense creating your retreat here in downtown Nashville.
This fully custom unit comes complete with a 6 person Steam Shower, large full kitchen, a drop down Theater Screen, 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.
The Space:
We spent three years building out this unit all the way to the studs. Every room has a stylish feel. All of our linens and mattresses are top quality. Our kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances. Our couches are cushy and cozy. You'll find yourself right at home with a stay at All-In-Properties!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire second floor of our three-story building. Roughly 2500 square feet of living space is accompanied by the communal lobby located on the first floor.
The Neighborhood:
We are in historic Printers alley! Bars and restaurants and nightlife surround you. By day, you are in the arts district surrounded by an abundance of local museums and art galleries.
Getting Around:
Broadway is a mere 2.5 blocks away. Uber and lyft are very convenient as are scooter rentals.
Interaction with Guests:
We always strive to welcome you in person. One of our team are occassionaly available 24-7, but generally we will be ontop of anything you need from 9am-midnight. We will fix anything that needs attention as quickly as possible.

We ended up staying in the lower unit due to issues with the elevator. Overall, it was a nice place to stay that was close to everything we wanted to see and do!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! Our group had 11 people and everyone was comfortable. We cooked 2 meals a day in the room to save money and everything we needed for in the kitchen was there. It’s close enough to Broadway and super close to printers alley so we could walk everywhere so no Ubers needed. The hosts are super and are very responsive in taking care of a couple of very minor issues we had. Beds were comfy as well. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for the best Nashville experience possible!!

If your going with sizable group and want to be near Broadway in Nashville this place is it. We stayed in a group of Eight and it was perfect. Less than a block to Printers Alley and only a few blocks to Broadway and all it has to offer.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to stay at a different property for a couple of nights that was not downtown like we had booked. The last two nights we were able to get into this property. Location was great!!! Beds were comfortable. Apparently vandals had gotten into the location, but when the property was turned over to us, there was still lots of glass on the floors :(. Communication was good with Devon; however, all of his stories didn't always seem to be accurate. We were compensated a bit for our inconvenience. Overall, our group had a great time in Nashville.
