Best time! Great location, very spacious, all the amenities you need. Came for a family trip ranging in age 21-64. Loved being centrally located on Broadway made the trip perfect for everyone. It was such a nice apartment. This was my third stay in Nashville, and I have to say this was my favorite stay. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again. It is noisy as described, but the noise didn’t really bother any of us.

What a great spot! Just had my bachelorette at this place and it was AMAZING! The best location you could think of. If you’re looking to be primarily on broadway and hit all of the places, Save the uber and book this place. Host was amazing and accommodating as well when we found out our flight was delayed. In unit laundry as well which was awesome. If we’re ever back this will be our first choice!

I knew the property was above a bar and some other reviewers had mentioned it was a bit noisy but it was very noisy. All night. The apartment is right above the dj floor and you hear the music until 3 am and then you hear the staff cleaning up. Also, the apartment only has windows at the very front of the property and none of the rooms really have full walls. It definitely feels like this was not supposed to be an apartment. Some of the furniture had a musty smell to it. Location is great if you are there for Broadway.
