The location is excellent for accessing all Nashville has to offer. The building is private and pretty quiet. Apartments are interesting and nicely equipped.
Parking was a challenge as this visit the public library parking lot was closed. Best lot as a trip to the library provides validation.

The property was perfectly located for walking to downtown, Germantown, SoBro and The Gulch. The check in process was extremely easy and worked seamlessly for all 3 rooms. The decor was really quirky and different, with all 3 rooms having a little twist. There were plenty of towels and sheets for our stay, along with plenty of bathroom toiletries. The luggage storage was very helpful on our final day. The aircon was very effective.
The mini ironing board was rubbish, which I wouldn’t normally care about on holiday but we were going to a wedding!! Minor point, but a full sized one would have been great!

Location, room size, accessibility, room design and decor.
Windowless room was truly a concrete box. Some flickering lights. Big space but missing key furnishings like a place to work or a closet with enough hangars for clothes. Table top ironing board it.
