Experience luxury in our 2,703 sq ft apartment, featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Enjoy endless entertainment with a dedicated game area, complete with a pool table and a selection of cards and board games.

Main entrance is at 200 6th Ave N.
The Neighborhood:
Step outside and find yourself immersed in the vibrant heart of Nashville! Our apartment is ideally situated on 6th Ave N, placing you steps from the legendary Lower Broadway, home to iconic honky-tonks like Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and The Bluebird Cafe, offering live music around the clock. You're also within easy walking distance of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum (approx. 10 minutes), the Ryman Auditorium (approx. 5 minutes), and numerous other attractions. For dining, explore a diverse culinary scene with everything from classic Southern fare to international cuisine. Plenty of restaurants and bars are literally outside your doorstep! For those arriving by car, please note that while we do not offer onsite parking, there are three paid parking lots located within a half-block of the property. One lot is directly behind the hotel and another is next to it on the Church St side. You can also use 4th & Commerce, which is 3 blocks away. The apartment's central location in Nashville also makes it easy to explore the city on foot, especially when the weather is pleasant.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: There's a downtown grocery store, the Urban Market, within walking distance for your convenience. You'll also find a Whole Foods and Publix, both about a mile away.

The Lower Broadway suite was perfect for us. The property and suite were very clean and as described. Location was close to Broadway so we could just walk.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and fantastic location. Would stay here again for certain and highly recommend. Cold Water in fridge was great. Shower pressure was really nice. Room decor super and beds comfy. Really had a great stay.Only have a couple suggestions:Coffee creamerFinal message you send out with password should be all-inclusive information:PasscodeName of suiteEnter code, pull door handle, push door in without turning handle directions.Info regarding parking in lot next to subway would be nice.Thank you so much!
