    All is good, except the room is a bit small especially for 4 pax after putting in the luggages. Staff is superb, very friendly and breakfast is excellent.

    The location is excellent with great walkability and reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to get around and stay connected. However, the bathroom was disappointing, and the view left much to be desired. Cleanliness was a major issue, and the facilities were lacking overall. Staff were somewhat helpful but inconsistent, which affected the experience. く

    The family was happy with our stay in Petit Palace President Castellana. Hotel was nice and clean. Big enough room space for our family. Location wise, it has a bus stop just right around the corner (Castellana) so the place is very accessible. Also the hotel reception guy during our stay was very helpful with providing tips on where it is safe to park our rental car. Family was happy with our stay and we will definitely be back again when we visit Madrid.

    Old Hotel with clear signs of lack of care. It needs improvement and update. Good bed. Location is the only thing that makes it worth it.
