Check in was done in the lobby of the Cyan, but as the weekend progressed, and i had issues with the key card (you need your key card to activate the elevator / room door / lighting and power to your hotel room), you had to walk over to the hotel next door to get your key card fixed. Sometimes the elevator would not read the card. Annoying after a long day of work.
As for the breakfast buffet, most of the food was gone before i even got a chance to get any, and due to it being the only food in the immediate area (there are only two restaurants nearby), you either have to Deliveroo / UberEats or get on the train and stop elsewhere.
