convinent and confortable much more than I expected for the price

very close to the concert I attended. Nice staff. All you needat a reasonable price. Bed was more confortable than your average budget hotel. Staff was very welcoming.

Only one waiter who doesnt help at all. The other guys were extremely helpful. Thanks for your incredible service and support. Just one thing, the steak in the restaurant must be better cooked/served. Hope to see you again.

Attentive service and free parking make up for location

I wasn't familiar with this brand, and the location isn't right next to the airport or Paris, but I'm glad I booked this and not another hotel. Their commitment to an attentive and informed service more than made up for it. The receptionist was friendly, offering tips for nearby restaurants, shops and the RER. There's a paid shuttle from the airport, but you really don't need it - the website has a clear map showing a shortcut to walk to the RER station. The hotel's wooden decor gives it a classic, British feel - much cosier than the bold, geometric designs of many transit hotels. The spacious shower with multiple spouts is a fun highlight. Coffee, tea, kettle, safe and AC were all provided.

One missing lightbulb in the bed light, and the towels were a bit worn. I assume this is part of their eco-friendly approach - not everything has to be new, and it was all clean and well-kept. Check the restaurant is indeed open if you want to use it on the day you are there. Overall, a comfortable and honest stay.

It's away from the city and you can relax.

I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff. I was a little worried about staying at the hotel on my first day in France, but I was able to relax.

The air conditioner's outdoor unit was making a loud noise, and the shaking was causing the paintings on the wall to rattle.

Disappointing

Close to the airport, free parking, was the only hotel I could find that was specifically "no pets allowed" (allergy concerns).

It was pretty bad. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom, the sink was leaking. The room was so tiny that we could barely move around. The soundproofing was non-existent - we could hear every word spoken in the next room and in the hallway. I had to talk my husband out of packing up and finding somewhere else :). Luckily it was just for one night before our flight back home.

Great spot over hotel on the way to UK

We were looking for a hotel on our way from Spain to the UK. The location was perfect as it was close to the motorway. Room was a decent size and clean. Front personal was polite and professional. Breakfast Wass basic and good.

Only stayed because our flight had been cancelled.Conveniently located near to train station and airport.But out of date

Damien the kind pleasant,young man on reception one day and the comfy pillows .

The man on reception who sort of checked us in .The lack of restaurant,the rudeness of most of the staff ,the dirty breakfast room . I was told at 8.45 on Sunday morning there was no more scrambled eggs even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 am.

Restaurant was closed both evenings without explanation; there are no other restaurants nearby, and no restaurant also meant no room service. We then could not research other options, because the wifi was out most of the evening.

Hotel for those who want Ibis budget experince, but want to pay more.

Literally nothing good to say about this hotel. Such a disappointment. This is a motel, not a 3 stars hotel

Breakfast was poor and wasn't refilled. I arrived at 8:30 and nothing was left. Glasses in the room were dirty. Sound isolation is non-existent. Staff is rude and disinterested. It's like they deduct it from they paycheck if they smile. I am so disappointed. This is Ibis budget level hotel, but 3x higher prices.

Great stay

We had a great stay considering we stayed only for 1 night, we arrived around 1.00 am and the staff was really helpful. Our destination was Paris coming from CDG airport, but because we couldn't find a hotel/Airbnb in Paris for that night with normal prices we changed our itinerary a little bit. It is very easy to reach it, from and toward the CDG airport if the RER C train functions (also consider the special fee for traveling with it, if you are on a budget). In case the RER C train doesn't work when you want to leave towards Paris (our case) better take the bus 20 until the last station and then RER D. It is a better solution than the "bonjour RATP" app is giving you. Also, you may ask at the train station or maybe you can find during day time the people with the red jackets for instructions at the bus stations. Whoever is reading, wishing you a great trip!

There was very little mold forming in the bathroom that should be taken care of, in order to not create huge problems in the future and a toilet cleaner was missing. Other than that it was very clean, with no odors or leaks.
