Staff was great! Expected more for it being classified as a 5 star hotel. Looked a little run down. Location was great and parking is convenient although they charge extra on top of nightly fee.

This hotel is in a great location and looks stunning from the outside.
The breakfast is fantastic and the staff were very helpful.
We were allocated rooms in the annex and although clean these are not of 5 star quality. The furniture in these rooms are not of the quality available in the main building.
We had 3 rooms and 2 were of a good size with balconies which accommodated outside seating. The last room was much smaller with no outside seating which I don’t believe was fair as we had 3 identical rooms booked and paid the same price.

Booked a year out for watching eclipse and got normal room rate which was excellent. Had suite with private plunge pool and unobstructed view of eclipse. Room amazing. Breakfast buffet also amazing - one of the best I’ve seen. Pool and grounds are great. Highly recommended
