    Had a lovely 5 night stay at AKA. Room was spacious. Location was super convenient just 5 min walks away from central park so its really good if you are bringing kids. The studio rooms also have microwaves and they have a laundry facility which was very useful if you are staying long in new york. One of the downsides was that the drainage in our bathtub was not working properly, asked for assistance a couple of times but nothing was done to fix it. The dryer in the laundry room was also broken so we had to dry our laundry a couple of times until it was dry.

    I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my mail during my recent stay at your hotel. I had been expecting important letters daily; however, I was informed by the postal service that these were returned by the hotel. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience. I kindly request an explanation for this occurrence and assurance that such issues will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. You have both passport check in but when you only see my husband name you return them? Did they ever think? What kind of service is this i paid to stay for 22 days and this is such a shit service i get?
