Excellent accommodation and service.
I would recommend a hire car if you wish to get out and about though the hotel can organise taxis and trips.
The spa is an added bonus

Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car.

Real 5 star hotel. Amazing pool area, and above of that, the Spa was faboulous included in the price. The staff and service was amazing. Frequent cleaning service. Everything was super clean.
We wished the breakfast would be till 11 so we could have rest in the morning, and the variety of breakfast could be better.
