It had a beautiful view, good restaurant and breakfast. They had gluten free food as well. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and thoughtful.
The outdoor pool wasn’t heated and quite cold in May. The hotel has an indoor pool as well but children weren’t allowed there as it is within the wellness area. I specifically booked this hotel as I saw they had an indoor pool. It was a bit of a disappointment.
The location is nice but a bit far from everything. The nice beaches are 40 min drive away.

Obvious highlight of the hotel is its incredible location and spectacular views from the lobby, restaurant and the sea view rooms. Excellent parking, easy to reach and decent value for money.
With such an amazing location you can’t help but feel like it could be better. We had a pleasant dinner at the restaurant but the breakfast on offer is very mediocre. Generally I think spa hotels should offer free spa access to guests, but here even if you pay for a treatment you don’t get access to the pool and sauna! You have to pay a further fee, which I find a little ridiculous. Room, bar and restaurant design could do with a freshen up too.

We stayed three nights at this hotel on the outskirts of Trapani. It was not difficult to reach by car and has ample parking grounds. The grounds of the hotel and the view are very beautiful. The deco is simple, clean and modern. Ample choices for breakfast which is buffet style in their main restaurant that has a lovely terrace overlooking their garden with an amazing sea view. The hotel staff (waiters, reception and housekeeping) is courteous and discreet. The outside pool area is beautiful and we did make use of the pool even though it was still cold for this time of year. The room layout is adequately pleasant and spacious. They are very well sound-proofed and clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The mini-bar was super silent, the shower was powerful and did not leak onto the bathroom floor - which is a huge plus for me!! The room was tidied every day. The hotel restaurant also serves dinner.
I truly cannot find fault with the hotel as it satisfied our needs but I would have loved to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.
