    The stay was extremely disappointing. The room was not actually part of the hotel, but a privately owned flat inside the building, which was not clearly communicated. The condition of the room was very poor. The air conditioning barely worked, the entire space was extremely humid, and there was visible mold throughout the room. The bathroom also had a leak, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the room felt neglected and uncomfortable, far below any acceptable standard. Additionally, guests staying in this unit are not entitled to the hotel’s breakfast, which was another unpleasant surprise. I would not recommend this accommodation.

    I made a reservation through Agoda and ended up not staying due to the extremely poor condition of the room. The apartment was clearly old, poorly maintained, and dirty. The bed linen was made of low-quality synthetic fabric. There were only two pillows on the bed, and two additional pillows stored in the closet. These extra pillows had no pillowcases and were very old, stained, and yellowed, making them completely unsuitable for use. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained, reinforcing the overall lack of cleanliness and care. To make matters worse, I was informed by the hotel staff that the apartment does not belong to the hotel and is managed by a third party, and that the hotel does not take responsibility for any issues related to the unit. This information was never disclosed on Agoda at the time of booking, which I consider misleading and a lack of transparency toward guests. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this property and strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking.
