Very good hotel. Excellent location. Very good breakfast, bedroom was very clean and comfortable.
Pool was dirty. In the last day our key cards stopped working so we had to ask at the desk to reactivate them. We used parking and sometimes it was heard to take a hold of the valet for the car keys.

Decent breakfast, though a little sparse by Brazilian standards.
The room was clean, well appointed and service attentive. The best thing was the view out over Moema from the balcony.

Comfortable, good breakfast, lovely staff, good location
The air conditioner made our room like a sauna one night but after we reported the problem, it was fixed quickly by a very friendly maintenance man.
