The location is fantastic! I was there during a heat wave, it was over 100degrees. A/C does not come in all the rooms. I had joining rooms with an ac in only one room so we had to leave the doors open and they charged us 19 Euro a day to use the thing! The hotel is very basic but clean. There is no iron in the room. The parking garage is a nightmare if you are not use to German parking I read a review about the neighborhood not being great...nearly the entire block is owned by a Turkish family. It is a mixed neighborhood with many Germans that walk through and eat there. As a well traveled white American female, I never felt uneasy there.

Excellent customer service at front desk and good location but very noisy, you have to be really tired in order to get some sleep at night. Also air conditioning not available even when willing to pay extra for it.

This hotel was conveniently located to stroll down to the old city quarter of Wiesbaden without too much uphill walking to get back. It was also convenient for joining Wiesbaden's good network of busses to get around at the reasonable rate of 5.20 euros per day. Breakfasts were good too.

Staff were unable to understand English language Bathroom was very compact-not at all suitable to child. Staff behaviour was very rude when we used only their microwave oven. No bathtub was there however it was shown in pics. Open area (attached to room) was not at all suitable for child. No welcome drink provided to us-however it was shown while booking. overall stay was good in terms of basics services but few basic services needs improvment.as for pure veg indian family -microwave is much required and no restriction to use-considering family have small baby.

The room was both very clean and very nice. The staff were amazingly accommodating and even provided us with a fan to use during the night. The first night we stayed there was noise coming from the street below however was perfectly quiet the second night. The Breakfast provided was really comprehensive and tasty!

It was a great place to stay. Good reception especially Tomos on reception who was very helpful. Our room was clean and larger than expected .The breakfast was as good as expected. We will be back before Christmas

My stay at the hotel lasted several weeks and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast provided tasted good and the staff was great. My room was always very tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a good choice for a convenient location to the city center. Located in what seems an ethnic Turkish neighborhood, it is pleasant, clean, friendly and quiet. I found it a very economical option to get close to town and it's activities. I walked everywhere. The Bahnhof is about a mile away and I walked through the city center - very pleasant.

The staff in the front desk were sooooo friendly and sweet and helpful,the girls who worked in the breakfast area were so cute and always smiling and doing their best to help everyone,the room was big and comfortable,but the only bad thing I hated is the noise from the street,my room was in the first floor on the street and it was a disaster,couldnt sleep ,and it was fully booked couldnt find me any room on the other side , but every thing else was perfect

The room was much bigger than excepted and the hotel looked newly renovated. The breakfast is a combination of an American and Germany buffet style breakfast. The food was very good. I would stay at the hotel again but without a car. Parking was very tight and you either need to call ahead to have the staff open the gate into the parking area or make sure you have someone with you who can go into the lobby because doing that yourself on the busy street will cause traffic to back up. That is the only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

Helpful staff that speaks English. Efficient small room with small balcony. Has airconditioning but not needed with our April visit. Nice breakfast with a variety of choices at 8 Euros. Could request specially prepared foods. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Hi Team, I was stayed there around 10 day and I disappointed a lot with the hotel services. They are not changing the towells and other clots regulary even I put them on floor, but still they are keep repeating the same. Bed is not at all comfertable. No english channels at all in TV. The price is also too much for what they have given. Thanks,
