About this apartment rental
Boutique apartment directly on the canal, with a wonderfull view of it. Modern decor in a Mid-Century style building. Very clean and quiet. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen: microwave, Coffe-maker, toaster, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, pots, dishes, utensils. Living room with a sofa bed and cable tv, dining table for 4 people , large walk-in, coin operated washer-dryer on site, access to BBQ and pool (not heated during winter time but still accessible). 1 Parking included. Iron and Iron-board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, 1 bath towel, 1 face cloth, 1 beach towel, coffee, salt, peper, spices, oil
All guests must be 23 years old or older or accompanied by their parents.
All adults guests will have to send a Pictured ID to the owner.
Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

The condo was great for my wife and I. We did not have great weather so we shopped quite a bit. Awesome shopping and the one day we had a few hours of sunshine, we drove 5 minutes to the beach and soaked up al the rays we could. We recommend this unit if you’re looking for a cost effective rental in a very nice location. Loved our view of the canal.

Walked in the front door, saw the spectacular view of the canal. Perfect. Only complaint, personal preference, the matress was a little too firm.

A beautiful property in a safe area,3 minutes from the beach by car! A clean and well presented apartment with everything you need,which looks out onto the waterways. I stayed with my 17 year old daughter. The only negative would be that the air conditioning in the bedroom is VERY noisy and i found it difficult to sleep,so slept on the sofa bed in the living room, and also maybe a bigger bed thats not as firm 🙈
The pool was very clean,quiet and had sunshine all day...
I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
