This beautiful boutique building is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens very well maintained with flowers and coconut trees.
The pool has view of the water and a private marina with boat dockage based on availability for rent.
Furnished for short term rental (4 months and up) or annual rental.
Pet and smoking free. Please note that the entire building, including the exterior balconies, are non-smoking.
It's located across street from the Galleria Mall, the best restaurants Fort Lauderdale has to offer and one mile walk to the Beach and Hugh Birch State Park. Approximately half mile from George English Park.
The parks have a lot of to offer: beautiful walking trails, bicycling, camping, fishing, hiking, paddling, picnicking, snorkeling, swimming, wildlife viewing, accessible amenities, campfire circles, canoe, gardens, basketball and tennis courts, boat access/ramp, athletic fields, playground, recreation center and many activities all year around.
You can enjoy night walk at Fort Lauderdale Beach to watch baby sea turtles hatching every year. Nesting season runs from March 1 - October 31.
Pharmacy is in the same street and just one minute walking. The grocery store is also very close and we have a folding shopping bag with wheels for you to go shopping and don't worry about car or heavy bags and don't forget to bring it when you go shopping at the Galleria Mall across the street.
The condo is approximately 3.5 miles from Las Olas Boulevard for the area's best shops, restaurants, art galleries, and nightclubs.

Truly a lovely unit and location. Owners were very accommodation. The space was open and airy, clean with modern decor, yet warm and inviting. The one picture in the description was slightly deceiving. It showed the balcony overlooking the water. This unit has a lovely balcony but it does not overlook the water. The grounds of this building are well kept and the views off the pool area are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!
