This well-equipped, 2-bedroom rental is in the exclusive Las Olas Boulevard neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. An easy walk, or 5 minute drive or bike ride will bring you to the quaint shops and trendy restaurants along the boulevard. Head in the opposite direction and Las Olas dead ends into the Atlantic Ocean and a pristine, sandy 7 miles of beach awaits.
Condo has been fully updated with new baths, lighting, and decor. Fully-equipped kitchen. The Caravelle is a 13-unit, U-shaped, two story, mid-century design condominium surrounded by leafy, tropical plants. A heated pool, with deck and BBQ area sit alongside a boat dock. The deep, wide canal provides stunning water views without the frenetic crowds of ocean front properties. Wireless internet and cable included. No smoking or pets allowed. ALSO, this is a primarily adult community, and not appropriate for loud or disruptive groups. We enjoyed staying in Isle of Venice Drive. The apartment is a little bit old but it has all the amenities you need. The swimming pool area is very nice but we couldn’t use the bbq because it was not clean from previous guests. We didn’t have a car so we walk/took public buses or UberThe only negative point would be the noise coming from the A/C next door

I've been there for more than 20 days. Everything was perfect. The apartment is as described and as it appears in the photos.
Jennifer was very kind. It was not there but made sure everything was ok for our arrival.
Recommended.
