This well-equipped, 2-bedroom rental is in the exclusive Las Olas Boulevard neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. An easy walk, or 5 minute drive or bike ride will bring you to the quaint shops and trendy restaurants along the boulevard. Head in the opposite direction and Las Olas dead ends into the Atlantic Ocean and a pristine, sandy 7 miles of beach awaits. PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent our condo from January-April.
Condo has been fully updated with new baths, lighting, and decor. Fully-equipped kitchen. The Caravelle is a 13-unit, U-shaped, two story, mid-century design condominium surrounded by leafy, tropical plants. A heated pool, with deck and BBQ area sit alongside a boat dock. The deep, wide canal provides stunning water views without the frenetic crowds of ocean front properties. Wireless internet and cable included. No smoking or pets allowed. ALSO, this is a primarily adult community, and not appropriate for loud or disruptive groups. There are noise restrictions and it is imperative guests respect the pool and common area rules and regulations. If you would like to rent for more than a month, special pricing is available.
