Located on 2670 E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL, this is a private residence, and you are welcome to use all of the hotel's facilities like the pool, jacuzzi, gym, etc. This unit has wi-fi, TV, kitchenette, queen size bed, pull-out full sofa bed, and a great view of the Intracoastal. A 1/2 mile walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and shops along Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Minutes away from Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale. On-site pickup for the famous water taxis that travel all along the waterways to many riverfront areas and downtown. This is a 500 sq. ft. 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor at the end of the hall with a view of the intracoastal. The hotel as two bars (poolside and in the lobby), a restaurant, coffee shop, and snack bar. Overlooks the waterways and is walking distance to many shopping areas, restaurants and bars.

Pool was very nice. It wasn’t heated, but a little chilly.The room was spotless, small but nice. We couldn’t get the living TV on, but had bedroom tv. The host was always available, which is super important. He answered within minutes.The front desk at this hotel was phenomenal.The girl we spoke with told us exactly what to do to get to the port , and what time to leave. Everything she told us worked perfectly.

Great location and water taxi stop 8 is right by the property. Rick is very easy to deal with and we will consider using him for another cruise. We stayed two nights. Publix is a couple of blocks and an easy walk for items. The unit is right by the bridge but on the waterway. So it can be loud at certain times of the day but at night in the bedroom it sounds more like ocean waves so didn't bother us. A nice stay. If you've never tried the water taxi, do it for a day. It's fun.

The owner was very responsive to questions and inquiries. We had an issue of missing a blanket for the sofa bed and he had it addressed quickly. The unit is in a great location and the overall property is awesome. We had just the right amount of space. However the unit needs some attention. Basic maintenance for this apartment seems to be neglected. The sofa bed should be replaced. There is mold on the part under the cushions and the handles for the pull out have rusted and stained the cushions. The mattress on the pull out is in poor shape as well. The bathroom shower head is rusted and needs to be replaced. There is mold in the back of the bathroom door where towels hang and on the grout in the shower. There is a broken/missing tile next to the toilet and the door to the bathroom is coming apart at the bottom as well as having rusty hinges. The refrigerator needs to be defrosted. We were only in town one night and the location was of prime importance to us so this property was OK for that purpose.
