You'll enjoy this very clean, beautiful, and spacious beach condo with one of the best locations in Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close proximity including restaurants, supermarket, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.
The one bedroom condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a beautiful vanity with granite. There is also a furnished balcony with a view.

Guests may experience periodic construction activity, daytime noise, temporary amenity impacts, parking adjustments, and limited balcony access as the resort completes property-wide enhancements.**
You will also be provided with a complimentary towel exchange in the housekeeping office. You can bring down used towels to exchange for fresh towels. If you stay for two weeks or more, you will be provided with complimentary housekeeping once per week.
Stays may be subject to a resort fee of $75 (subject to change) due at check-in. (This fee is one-time per week, not a nightly fee).
All units are non-smoking. Smoking permitted on balcony or patios.
Unit is assigned after booking, in seven night increments. Multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.
Front desk operates 24 hours/day.
No motor homes, trailers, or boats allowed on the property or street.
Packages may be received at the resort for $5 fee.
We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

Very happy with our stay. Was as expected based upon listing. View was amazing! The place is a little dated as it appeared in the pictures but very clean, would stay again.

The room was fine. The pool area needs updated and it was very small for the amount of people. We understand that the roof top area was under construction at the time however, there was a mid area that was under construction also. This should have been stagnated so renters would have had more room in the area. The refrigerator was the only other issue - the shelf that covered the fresh vegetable and fruit drawer was missing so no shelf or way of keeping these items fresh.

Pros-great location -friendly staff- all utilities worked. Nice budget option.
Cons-No one to greet at door on Christmas eve. No keys so had to wait for desk clerk to come back from break at 11pm. Supplies ran out for coffee and dish soap. Laundry soap not filled. Toilet leaked and required loud drying fan outside door. Cleaning should have happened Tuesday/Thursday. Only got Tuesday.
