    The facility was very clean and a great price for the location. Elevator didn’t didn’t work and they had ice but I would stay again.

    Lovely old 1950's boutique type of hotel. Location is at the start of South Beach along Ocean Blvd. Hotel is clean. There are corners that could be dusted better. The walls need to be touched up with paint to hide any pencil marks. Towels are fluffy and beach towels are provided if requested. The shower works but you have to wait a little bit for hot water. Female at ck-in was friendly. There were hair dryers inside our room.. They would save thousands of dollars monthly if they moved up the temperature one or two degrees. Rooms are always cold. Beds were clean. It's a beautiful old hotel in a great location. The beach and the ocean are directly in front. Female staff was friendly and remembered me from a previous stay.

    The only saving grace for this hotel is its proximity to South Beach. If location is your absolute top priority, it suffices; otherwise, look elsewhere. The website lists "car parking," but they conveniently wait until you arrive to mention it's valet-only. Inside, the rooms lack basic essentials like extra glasses or a bottle opener. To make matters worse, the elevator was completely out of service, forcing us to haul our heavy luggage up the stairs, and the bathroom door didn't even lock. Overall, a highly disappointing stay.
