The unit itself is nice and relatively well-maintained. It was also clean and had all the basics. We had an issue with the AC and the host was very responsive. The pool was under renovation while we were there but we had close access to the beach.

Great place to stay. I love this place even with a few drawbacks like no real kitchen utensils, broom not dustpan, horrible vacuum. Great neighbors. Security was a serious issue and was not taken seriously enough by the staff at the apartment even after concerns were voiced.

Beautiful condo for working vacation! 2 desks on 2 floors looking out at the boardwalk and the sea. The condo was modern and clean. Location was perfect.

I travel the world so I would say its 4 star room in a 2 star complex.
•Hot water in kitchen sink not very hot but hot water down stairs good.
•No cooking pan closest thing is medium sauce pan.
•Door to pool and patio no longer accessible because of air unit which should have custom door frame made due to building fire codes.
•Need a hall rack by backdoor downstairs to hang sandy clothes, towels.
•Exhaust fans in bathroom not very good.
