Nos encantó el lugar,es tal cual las fotos, es hermoso el lobby como el apartamento, en el restaurante bar de la piscina manejan muy buenos precios y es delicioso todo. Definitivamente volveríamos. Al salir del hotel puedes tomar el autobús gratis que tiene varias rutas u te llevan por toda la ciudad

- L'emplacement est top : coeur de Miami Beach, donne sur la plage.
- Les volumes de l'appartement sont impressionnants, avec une très grande terrasse partagée, mais c'est tellement grand qu'il n'y a aucune proximité.
- machines à laver et sécher le linge de qualité, dans l'appartement, gratuites
- des petits commerces sous la résidence pour dépanner
- grande piscine
- appartement qui mériterait un rafraichissement
- fonctionnement du parking complexe et pénible avec les valets, à qui on doit donner les tickets/ les clés.

Die Unterkunft war für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (12 und 17 Jahre) sehr geräumig.
Die Ausgangslage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Durch eine Hintertür die sich am Pool befindet, ist man direkt am Strand. Dort gibt es auch eine Dusche.
Valet Parking hat auch sehr gut geklappt, wir hatten keine lange Wartezeit.
Das Apartment, sowie das gesamte Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, das war deutlich zu sehen. Für uns hätte es sauberer sein sollen.
Es ist sehr hellhörig. Wir waren dankbar, dass wir vernünftige Nachbarn hatten.
Die Küchenausstattung hatte auch nur das nötigste. Z. B. hat ein scharfes Messer gefehlt.
Die Seife in den Waschräumen war leider auch leer.

The location of the property was great right on the sea front and easy access to South Beach via free buses. The view is amazing and there is a huge shared terrace area. Pablo from the property management team was available and was quick to respond.
The property’s itself and furnishings are tired and in need of a refresh. Some of the light fittings were broken. The outside furniture was on a poor state a cleaning could have been better.
