The balcony view and location on the beach were awesome. It had pretty good space.

The check-in process was miserable. And we did all necessary pre-checkin steps prior so it should have been simple. Instead, it took almost an hour. The staff running the line were so rude and made us wait twice in line because my four year old was sitting over with his 73 year old grandmother in plain sight about 30 feet away and they would not let them join us when checking in (instead of letting them cover over to join us). Extremely frustrating and inconsiderate bordering on callous or cruel since our party of elders and children were very tired and needed rest. Lobby was outdated and furniture in it kind of gross/dirty. Inside the unit, things were much better. The only complaint was that the air conditioning was all-or- nothing: it ran extremely cold or not much at all.

Beds ( mattress could be more soft and bed newer cos it did make sounds Everytime I turn around and move, also check out could be late ...we arrived 9 hrs late due airline issues and host only let us check in out just one hour later on our last day12 pm instead to 11am)

The view and location were amazing. Mid beach , busy but not too busy. Quick walk or Uber ride all over miami beach.

Condo was a bit dated. The water never got much hotter than warm.

The location, it has a beautiful ocean view

The property is old, not well maintained. Also it was not well cleaned, there were insects. I have communicated this to the owner without response.
