Really welcoming staff. There was a few for the car park which did not seem fair. It’s an overnight stop with a comfortable bed. Some issues with water pressure, taps going on and off.

Convenient just off North bound M5 Room was clean with comfortable bed with nice comfortable bed with good bed linen. Bathroom was clean and functional. Common areas were a little tired and sayss

The location is slightly odd, being a roadside hotel, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but it’s convenient for those travelling
