This place needs a complete rehab. Rooms are very small, shower facilities are outdated,beds are uncomfortable, the first room we got smelled terrible (sewer-odeur) same smell in the corridor...this is really a hotel that gives you a heavy depression. The staff is very friendly though and breakfast is OK.

Having read some online reviews of this hotel I was a bit anxious about our stay. However, our arrival was well timed and we were able to park in a side street just beside the hotel. Check in and check out are both midday which suited us well as we wanted to settle in early and didnt want to be away very early in the morning. We were killing time before a cross channel ferry crossing from Roscoff. Staff were very friendly and efficient and a broken toilet seat was swiftly replaced. Breakfast was delicious and we were even sent on our way with a paper bag full of madelines to snack on. The is a perfectly good pub/restaurant attached which is very popular with locals as well as visitors.The only downside was that the car park only accommodates 6 or 7 cars and finding free parking close to the hotel isnt always easy. I would have no hesitation in staying here again, and probably will do so next summer. It isnt luxurious but is clean and just what I expect from a good Ibis.

Very close to Renne Univ. 1, Lannion. Hotel staff were so friendly, and breakfast was good. Beer at bar was nice. One trivial thing is that the room shape is not rectangular. (Somehow a feeling of a bit narrow related to the room size and shape.).

Hotel is one block from the train station and just a couple of blocks from the old town - walking distance from several good restaurants. Nice pub.restautant next door. Excellent value!
